Reel Trailiers

The Standard and Hydraulic Heavy Duty Reel Trailers are designed and manufactured by Rally Trailers to be virtually impossible to lose a pin or reel on the highway. All trailers are designed and engineered with safety and functionality in mind. The reel shaft slide locking mechanism is lifted and lowered with the ease of pulling a plunger, no tools required and no pins to lose. The Hydraulic Heavy Duty Reel Trailer is equipped with a hydraulic pay-out and take-up wheel with rear mounted hydraulic controls to ensure operational visibility.

All trailers are equipped with our field tested and approved Jet Shaft which allows the operator to pay-off any reel with ease. The Jet Shaft is designed to save time, money and labor while making your cabling installations run smoother. The Jet Shaft has bushing-mounted rotating collars on each end to allow the reel and shaft to rotate as one on two low-friction joints. Grease fittings are included to ensure clean and proper bushing lubrication. Additional features include LED Lights, Deep Cycle Battery with Solar Charger, Document Holder, and Steel Wheels with 16 Ply Tires.
